Terms & Conditions

These general terms govern the Forge customer relationship. Your Contract Summary, Contract Information, order confirmation and any service-specific schedule form part of the agreement for the service you choose.

1. Who your contract is with

Unless your order expressly says otherwise, your customer contract is with Forge Connectivity Ltd, company number 17410722, of 10-16 Docklands Business Centre, Tiller Road, London, E14 8PX. Forge may use network operators, wholesalers and other suppliers to deliver parts of the service.

Forge is not the owner or operator of EE, O2, Vodafone or Three. The underlying network for a mobile service is shown in the relevant plan and service information.

2. Before you enter a contract

Before a residential customer or qualifying small-business customer is bound by a regulated communications contract, Forge will provide the required Contract Summary and more detailed Contract Information in a durable form that you can keep. These documents identify the service, price, term, cancellation arrangements and other key conditions.

If anything in a marketing page conflicts with your final Contract Summary, Contract Information or order confirmation, the final customer-specific documents take priority, subject to your statutory rights.

3. Ordering, eligibility and activation

An order is subject to eligibility, identity or fraud checks where appropriate, service availability, device compatibility and acceptance by the relevant supply route. A displayed plan does not become an active service until the order and provisioning steps are complete.

SIM, eSIM, broadband and specialist connectivity activation times vary. We will tell you about any material setup requirement, delivery charge or one-off charge before you confirm the order.

4. Charges and billing

Your order documents show recurring charges, one-off charges and whether consumer prices include VAT. Additional charges may arise from roaming, international usage, premium or non-geographic services, add-ons, excess data or other out-of-bundle use where the selected service permits them.

You are responsible for charges properly incurred on your service, subject to applicable billing protections and any valid dispute. Forge may correct billing errors and will investigate disputed charges in accordance with the Complaints Code.

5. Contract term and price changes

A service may be 30-day rolling or have a stated minimum term. Any early termination charge or other consequence of leaving during a minimum term will be disclosed before you agree to the contract.

Where Forge changes contractual terms or charges, we will give the notice and exit rights required by applicable law and Ofcom rules. Your Contract Information explains any price-adjustment mechanism that applies to the particular service.

6. Cooling-off and cancellation

Consumers entering a distance contract normally have a 14-day statutory cancellation period. If you expressly ask Forge to start providing a service during that period and then cancel, you may have to pay a proportionate amount for service already supplied where the law permits. Full details and ways to cancel are set out on our Cancellation Rights page.

After any statutory cooling-off period, cancellation depends on the service's minimum term and notice rules. A rolling service can be ended subject to its stated notice period; a fixed-term service may carry an early termination charge unless a legal or regulatory right to exit without penalty applies.

7. Switching and keeping your number

Where supported, you can request to move an existing UK mobile number using a PAC. Switching and porting are subject to validation and the regulated process. Forge will not intentionally cancel a number before a valid porting request has been completed.

Changing network can require a SIM/eSIM change and a short period of service interruption. We will provide the information needed for the selected switch before submitting it.

8. Emergency calls

A standard voice-enabled mobile service is intended to support emergency calls to 999 and 112 when the underlying mobile service and device are available. Data-only products, travel eSIMs, IoT services and some specialist connectivity products may not provide ordinary voice calling or emergency-calling functionality; this will be identified in the product information.

Mobile emergency-call availability can still be affected by radio coverage, device condition, power and network availability. Do not rely on a data-only or non-voice service as your only means of contacting emergency services.

9. Roaming, international use and fair use

Roaming availability, zones, daily charges, included allowances, fair-use limits and international-call rates vary by network and plan. The plan/service information and applicable Fair Usage Policy govern these features. Some higher-risk roaming destinations may require additional checks or activation before use.

10. Suspension, misuse and non-payment

Forge may restrict or suspend a service where reasonably necessary for non-payment, fraud, unlawful or abusive use, network security, emergency maintenance or compliance with law or supplier restrictions. Where consumer-protection rules require notice or proportionate treatment, we will follow them.

Our Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms.

11. Service quality and third-party networks

Communications services depend on infrastructure that Forge does not wholly control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted mobile coverage or a particular mobile speed unless a customer-specific service commitment expressly says so. We will use reasonable care in managing the service and supplier relationship and will pass through applicable service remedies where required.

12. Liability and statutory rights

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your mandatory statutory rights. Any service-specific limitation must be read subject to those protections.

13. Complaints and disputes

You can complain using our Complaints Code. If a regulated communications complaint reaches deadlock or remains unresolved for the period set by Ofcom, you may be entitled to refer it to Forge's approved independent ADR scheme once Forge's scheme membership is active and published.
